THE PROBLEM

Meditation can be quite challenging. There are so many techniques, approaches, and tips out there that it’s hard to know where to start and focus your time. Once you start down a given path, roadblocks arise, and it’s difficult to know how to progress. It can seem like you’re spinning your wheels, and the tips you’re getting aren’t making a whole lot of difference. This is quite common, but it doesn’t have to be.

Once I realized awareness as the true purpose of meditation, both from my direct experience and from deciphering endless literature, content, and teachings on meditation from a wide range of philosophies and teachers, I had hyper-focused direction. All of the benefits I originally wanted from meditation followed. I found that this was also the case with others that were truly benefiting from meditation.

I would like to save you a lot of the time that I lost trying to navigate the world of meditation. Additionally, I believe that the inner peace and clarity that it will help bring to you will have a positive impact on the world. This is why I am not charging for the program.
